Sanitized case study
A tender workflow built end to end.
A reusable pre-sales proof of concept connecting Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Slack, and Heroku across the full tender lifecycle.
The challenge
The accelerator turned a multi-stage tender process into a coherent working demonstration for prospective customers. It was designed as a reusable pre-sales proof of concept rather than for one named prospect.
What I owned
I designed the tender workflow, defined the solution architecture, built the proof of concept, and prepared the working demonstration over three weeks.
The tender lifecycle
The demonstration kept decision points visible rather than treating response generation as a fully autonomous process.
- Tender intake
- Response generation
- Human review
- Approval
- Handoff
Public architecture boundary
Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Slack, and Heroku formed the proof-of-concept runtime. Claude Code and agentic engineering techniques supported how I built the solution; they were not runtime dependencies.
Engineering decisions
- Connect the named platforms around one coherent tender lifecycle rather than demonstrate disconnected product capabilities.
- Keep human review and approval visible before handoff.
- Use Claude Code and agentic engineering techniques to support implementation while retaining direct ownership of the solution.
- Keep production controls, operational readiness, and measured business outcomes outside the proof-of-concept claim.
Outcome
The three-week build produced a working end-to-end demonstration for reusable pre-sales conversations with prospective customers.
