The challenge

The engagement explored how Public Sector Solutions and Agentforce could reshape registry case-management workflows. The goal was to make the opportunity concrete through a working proof of concept rather than a strategy-only deliverable.

What I owned

I built the comprehensive proof of concept over three weeks, combining Salesforce platform delivery with agentic software-engineering techniques and Claude Code.

Delivery decisions

  • Use Public Sector Solutions and Agentforce together so the demonstration remained grounded in the customer's target platform.
  • Use Claude Code and agentic engineering techniques to compress the build cycle while retaining direct ownership of the resulting solution.
  • Treat the outcome as a proof of concept, keeping production readiness, detailed controls, and operational claims outside the public evidence.

Outcome

The three-week build gave stakeholders a comprehensive, working demonstration of how agentic workflows could change registry case management.
